Choose and book an available room. Check meeting rooms, parking places, desk shares in the company on XEVOQ mobile. Instant check of selected meeting rooms XEVOQ room.

Synchronized

Events created in MS Outlook or via OWA are visible in XEVOQ. Events created from XEVOQ are visible in MS Outlook or any other client of MS Exchange/Office365.

Meeting end

Sound notification when the meeting has not been confirmed or when meeting is going to end.
